1. Full-to-Full: With our Full-to-Full policy, we provide the vehicle with a full tank of fuel, and we expect it to be returned with a full tank. This ensures fairness and transparency, as you only pay for the fuel you use during your rental period.
2. Prepaid Fuel: For added convenience, you have the option to purchase a full tank of fuel from us at the beginning of your rental. This means you can return the vehicle with any level of fuel without worrying about refueling before drop-off. However, please note that prepaid fuel purchases are non-refundable.
3. Refueling Service: If you're unable to return the vehicle with a full tank, we offer a refueling service for your convenience. You can opt to pay a per-gallon fee for the fuel used, which may be higher than standard gas station prices. This allows you to avoid the hassle of refueling before returning the vehicle.
